Day 1 | Hoi An to Hue

We leave Hoi An at 8.30 am and travel through the countryside to explore the traditional villages. We will view the marble carving at the marble mountain before riding on to Danang, including a stop at the Dragon bridge.
After lunch, we head up and over the Hai Van pass with many stops to enjoy the spectacular scenery of the pass, beaches, ocean and learn more about the rich history of Vietnam when we visit Hai Van Gate. We will stop to enjoy the beautiful Lang Co beaches, tour the famous Tam Giang lagoon, and arrive in the former imperial city of Hue around 4pm. We stay overnight in Hue.

Day 2 | Hue to Cua Tung beach

We start by visiting the Highlight of the ancient capital, including the Citadel (extra cost), Linh Mu Pagoda. Nam Giao haven temple and the Dong Ba market.  
After heading out of Hue. We will visit a local family to see how they make their traditional conical hat. We will learn more about Vietnam's war when we visit the broken Hung Church and Bo De school in Quang Tri Town. We then ride along the beautiful coastal road to explore the Vinh Moc tunnel, and visit the DMZ before ending our day at the comfortable hotel in Cua Tung.

Day 3 | Cua Tung to Khe Sanh

We have a short stop at Truong Son cemetery to pay our respect to the soldiers who fought and died in the area during the civil war. Continuing west on Highway 9. We will climb into the Truong Son foothills, pass the Rock pile, see the well known DakRong Bridge, stop at some beautiful springs and waterfalls along the highway.  
In the afternoon, we'll tour Vay village and explore the famous Ta Con airport before staying overnight in Khe Sanh.
 

Day 4 | Khe Sanh to Phong Nha National Park

We will spend all day conquering the unbelievable Western Ho Chi Minh by visiting the local villages, enjoying the spectacular scenery of the rainforest, swimming in the untouched River, walking along the jungle and having many, many stops for taking pictures. We will arrive at Phong Nha National Park around 5pm and stay overnight there.

Day 5 | Phong Nha to Huong Khe

We will take a boat trip (extra cost) into the caves. Spend 4 hours to explore the stunning Phong Nha and Tien Son cave system, a UNESCO world Heritage site that was formed 400 millions years ago.  
After heading out of the caves. We keep riding on the Ho Chi Minh trail where you can have a chance to see the real trail with its mind - blowing, spectacular scenery of jungle, mountains and the unique villages of Pa Co and Van Kieu minorities.  
We arrive at Huong Khe around 4pm and stay at a comfortable hotel.

Day 6 | Huong Khe to Vinh

We will follow the different part of the Ho Chi Minh trail to the historical location of Dong Loc, where you can see remnants of weapons from the civil war and a special movement dedicated to the 10 young ladies who were killed by a bomb in 1968. We then toured the home of great poet Nguyen Du, visited the local family to see  how they make their delicious Peanut Candy, stopped at Ben Thuy War monument, and enjoyed the beauty of Lam River before ending our day at the comfortable hotel in Vinh.

Day 7 | Vinh to Cam Thuy

We visited Sen village where Ho Chi Minh was born and Chua village where he grew up, learning about Vietnam's history. We then head to the countryside to see the locals make their traditional mats, stone carving and rolls of processed tobacco.  
In the afternoon, we will enjoy the ride through the stunning scenery of the countryside, surrounded by many limestone hills, stop and explore the mysterious Cam Luong fish streams where you can play and see a million fish.  
We arrive at Cam Thuy around 5pm, and stay overnight here. 

Day 8 | Cam Thuy to Mai Chau

We start by riding along Ma River to admire the imposing views of the area. Our ride gets a little more adventurous when we cross a local suspension bridge.  
We will tour a Chopstick factory, learn how to make bamboo buckets when we visit a local family, walk and visit a Muong village to learn more about the culture of the ethnic minority. 
At night, we stay at a home stay with the Thai minority in their traditional still house, share their traditional food and explore their traditional music.

Day 9 | Mai Chau to Ninh

We first watch the traditional weaving of the Thai ethnic minority at Lat village. We'll ride through the stunning countryside roads to Cuc Phuong national Park where we will be trekking, relaxing and visiting the Endangered Primate Rescue (a Highlight of the Park). Then we will explore the Tam Coc - Bich Dong (By boat trip and extra Cost) which is known as the "Halong Bay of rice paddies". 
We stay overnight in Ninh Binh.

Day 10 | Ninh Binh to Ha Noi

You have an option of taking a boat trip (extra cost) to enjoy the perfect mix between rivers, limestone, caves, rice paddies and villages of the Trang An area.  
We will visit the well known Kenh Ga floating village, the Phat Diem Church, the Bai Dinh Pagoda and the ancient capital of Hoa Lu. 
We will arrive in Ha Noi around 4pm and end our unforgettable trip there.
